A vintage-style heart anchors this long necklace from Knights of Love, its hot-pink hand-poured enamel glowing against smoky ruthenium. Opaque stones stud the pendant — medieval romance, worn at a decidedly modern length.

Solid brass carries the ruthenium plating, nickel- and lead-free throughout, and the chain falls to a dramatic 36 inches that layers beautifully over knits and slips. Each heart's enamel is poured by hand, so the colour holds small, human variations.
