- We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $100 before tax.
- There is a $6.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered.
- All packages sent by USPS Priority Mail.
- Gift cards are shipped via USPS standard mail.
All orders are shipped via USPS.com Priority Mail and can take 1-5 days to be processed before shipping. Expedited shipping is not available. Tracking is provided on your account order page. We are unable to cancel or modify orders. We do not ship internationally which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. If you would like to place an order using a Canadian billing address and US shipping address, please call us at 724-774-5340. We are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
RETURN POLICY
Items with original tags still attached and in unworn condition may be returned within 30 days of in-store purchase, or within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a credit on an SHIRLEY SHOPPE Gift Card or merchandise exchange. Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2023 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Any purchase made in this window is eligible for return through January 14, 2024 or within 30 days, whichever is longer. All items must be new with original tags attached.
NOTE: Gift Cards may not be returned. All intimates are final sale, excluding bodysuits. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
