Online-Only Collective Items
Along with everything we carry in our Beaver store, shirleyshoppe.com offers a hand-picked selection of online-only Collective items. These come from brand partners we work with through Shopify Collective. They aren't stocked in our store, so we can offer you more than our racks can hold.
What it means when you order a Collective item
- It ships directly from the brand. Your Collective item is packed and shipped by our brand partner, not from our store.
- It may arrive separately. If your order also includes in-store items, the Collective piece can come in its own package with its own tracking.
- Shipping times vary by brand. Look for any "ships by" note on the product page.
- It isn't available to try on or pick up in store. Collective items are online only.
- We're still your point of contact. For questions, returns or exchanges on a Collective item, please contact us and we'll take care of it. Collective items can't be started through our online returns portal.
How to tell if an item is from the Collective
Collective products are marked "Online-only Collective item – ships directly from the brand" on the product page, and they're grouped under Collective (Online Only) in our menu.
