FAQ

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Q: How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will get a notification via the email address provided on your account. Please note that after the package has been handed off the the USPS carrier, we no longer have control of the package. Shirley Shoppe is not liable for any packages after they have left our facility.

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What do I do now?

A: If you have entered the wrong address, please email arlene@shirleyshoppe.com immediately. We will do our best to adjust this to the correct address before your order ships, however we cannot guarantee it will get changed prior to order processing & shipping.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed or add to an order. If you need to cancel your order, please email arlene@shirleyshoppe.com immediately and we will cancel if your order has not yet shipped and processed. In the event it has already shipped, you as the customer is still liable to receive the order.

Q: Do you price adjust?

A: We can price adjust your online order within 3 days of a sale. Please email arlene@shirleyshoppe.com for more info.

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?

A: We are so sorry that we missed this error during the packing process! Please email arlene@shirleyshoppe.com to start the process of returning for a full refund.

Q: What items are final sale?

A: Final sale items are not returnable. These are items in our clearance tab and are 50%+ off -each item IS noted with “Final Sale” next to the product title.

Q: What is the return
timeframe?

A: Items with the original tags still attached and in
unworn/unwashed condition may be returned within 30 days of a shipped item’s
delivery date. Gift cards may not be returned.

Q: My total is over $50.
Why am I still seeing a shipping fee?

A: The free shipping code needs to be applied at checkout to
receive this discount.

Q: How do I know what size
I am?

A: We would love to help you find the perfect item for you! Our
team is here to help you figure out your size, give you styling tips and tricks
and give you any advice you would need! We are here
to assist you Monday - Friday 9-5p EST. We are closed on Sundays,
and holidays.

Q: Can I return my online
order to the store?

A: Absolutely! Items with the original tags still attached and in
unworn/unwashed condition may be returned within 30 days of a shipped item’s delivery date. Upon returning, the original form of payment will be credited. Final sale items cannot be returned. 

Q: How do you ship?

A: We use USPS Priority Mail. This method typically takes 3-5
business days AFTER your order has been processed. Please note: During holidays, this time is lengthened. At this time we DO NOT offer express shipping options.

Q: I placed my order but I
haven’t gotten my confirmation email. What do I do?

A: Please contact arlene@shirleyshoppe.com to get a copy of your confirmation. Please make sure to check your junk folder!

Q: I sent back my return. How long do I wait to get my refund?

A: Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be refunded once it arrives at our store.
You will receive a refund confirmation email when this has been completed!
