Gabriella Beads Initial

Eggplant is purple with gravity, and it makes this hand-poured enamel initial bead — another letter N from Gabriella Beads — the dressed-up sibling of the alphabet. The deep aubergine enamel is applied by hand, holding a wine-dark gloss you can look into.

Set on rhodium-plated brass and nickel- and lead-free, the bead moves easily from bracelet to necklace chain. It is particularly striking after dark, threaded among silver-toned beads where the purple reads nearly black until the light hits.
