Crafted of .925 sterling silver with green enamel bail, this fabulous piece stands out in a unique openwork motif. A sparkling collection of 1.5mm round color-treated blue sapphires and green Tsavorite gemstones cluster amid the center. These natural gems are offset by scintillating round white diamonds.
